InvoiceQuick

Free quote generator with PDF download

InvoiceQuick helps you prepare professional-looking quotes in a few minutes. It computes tax bases, VAT amounts, withholdings and totals using exact cent arithmetic, so no rounding differences appear between lines and totals.

The tax and personal data you type never leaves your browser and is not included in any analytics.

Quotes are stored only in your browser’s local storage. You can duplicate them for a new client, export them to a JSON backup file and import them on another computer. Nothing is sent to any server.

A quote is not an invoice: it offers a price before the work is done. Once the client accepts it, you must issue the invoice with suitable invoicing software.

What it is for

Freelancers and professionals

Designers, photographers, developers or consultants can send a clear quote before starting a job.

Renovations, installations and trades

Break down materials and labour into several line items, each with its own VAT and discount, and get the total instantly.

Quotes with withholding tax

If you work for companies, include the withholding so the client sees the net amount they will pay.

Reusable templates

Duplicate a previous quote, change the client and prices, and download it in seconds.

How to use it

  1. Check the quote’s series, number, date and validity.
  2. Fill in your details and your client’s. You can save your details for future quotes.
  3. Add line items with quantity, price, discount and VAT. Totals update instantly.
  4. Check the preview and download the PDF to send to your client.

Frequently asked questions

What should a quote include?
Your details and your client’s, the date, a number to identify it, a description of each job or product with its price, taxes, the total and how long the quote is valid. It is also worth stating the payment method and terms.
Can I issue invoices with InvoiceQuick?
No. This version only produces quotes. To invoice in Spain you need invoicing software that meets the VERI*FACTU regulation (Royal Decree 1007/2023), mandatory for users from 2027 under the current timeline.
How are amounts rounded?
Each line is computed in cents with commercial rounding (halves round away from zero). VAT for each rate is computed on the sum of the bases for that rate, which is common accounting practice.
Where are my quotes stored?
In this browser’s local storage on this device. They are never sent to a server. Clearing your browser data deletes them, so export a JSON backup if you need it.

Limitations

  • It only produces quotes; it does not issue invoices and is not invoicing software (RD 1007/2023).
  • It does not enforce sequential numbering across devices.
  • It does not produce structured electronic documents (Facturae, UBL) or send them to any authority.
